Here's a customizable mask base, in paper, that is very lightweight, which you can finish up to your own wishes.
Super light weight, fairly strong, sealed with a silver primer against water damage. You can add a wig, earrings, hat, scarf, or whatever you like! It is water resistant, but not water proof.
